Carol is a graduate of the University of South Australia in Applied Science. She holds a Diploma in Business Services (FLM) and a certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAE40116.Carol is a past councillor with the Australian Institute of Training and Development and is an active member within that organisation. She is also a member of Association of Talent Development (ATD) formerly American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
With a range of employment experience in Health, Agribusiness, Welfare, Education, Retail Sales, Mining, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Financial Management, Carol is well equipped to handle a broad range of client assignments.
She is an accredited trainer in the Carlson range of products, SATURN programs, DOOR Training International Sales and Customer Service products, Belbin Team Role Inventories, DISC, BESS (Behavioural Event Selection System), Behavioural Interviewing, Targeted Selection, Situational Leadership, Franklin Covey and DDI. Carol has is our frontline leader subject matter expert. With many organisations and extensive industry experience, she is well equipped to design, deliver and assess leadership development programs.

Kath has completed her MBA studies through Adelaide University completed. She holds Business Services (Frontline Management) Certificate IV and Workplace Assessor Training Certificate IV TAE40116. She holds a “Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management” from Deakin University. She holds a number of accreditations including BESS (Behavioural Event Selection System), DISC and DDI. Kath also is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
She joined us with over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry where she was involved in the management of over 50 staff for establishments servicing up to 400 people.
Kath’s experience in dealing with the public has enabled her to identify behavioural clues and methods of handling potentially difficult situations. She holds an accreditation in the range of DISC behavioural instruments. She is the master trainer in Belbin Team Role Inventory which explores how participants can behave and best contribute within a team.
With over 25 years’ experience in working with Fulcrum People, she has designed and delivered countless leadership courses across many industries including, agribusiness, wine industry, manufacturing, mining, education, community services, health and wellness.
She has been a lead contributor to our delivery team and more broadly in the design and delivery of leadership development sessions, nationally and internationally in the mining industry, along with numerous other leadership development initiatives.
Kath’s particular interests lie in the development of people, young and old-er, and their psychosocial needs. She is a registered facilitator in Mental Health First Aid

Kate Wright Senior Consultant
Kate is a graduate of Adelaide University from whom she holds a Bachelor of Arts and Flinders University where she gained a Batchelor of Social Work. She is currently working towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40120).
With a range of employment experience in disability, social work and education, Kate has worked as a social worker for several family and residential care organisations and specialised in transitional care for youths who are leaving the service to find their independent pathways.
She is skilled in providing clinical and practical supervision of staff. She has supported the wellbeing and social development of students through student workshops and small group work. She also developed and delivered training and education programs for staff, other professionals, parents, young people and others.
Kate is well equipped to handle a broad range of client assignments. She has a wide program portfolio across much of South Australia, including Domestic Violence Services, Child Protection Programs and Family Group Counselling.
Her leadership roles involved strategic planning, policy development and review, establishment of new programs including Intensive Family Service, compliance, clinical and operational management, as well as having experience in performance management and budget control.
Her calm welcoming personality leads to participant engagement where her special interest lies in relationship skills transfer, through honest and open communication.

Scott Jones Senior Consultant
With a range of qualifications including Diploma in Freelance Journalism, Certificate IV Project Management, Graduate Certificate in Management, Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) and the Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116), Scott is well equipped to handle any leadership development role.
Scott forms collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and has won leadership awards at the National Training Awards for Training Innovation.
Scott is an experienced trainer, facilitator, speaker, coach and educator and has worked across all levels of government with public servants and elected officials.
With particular regard to this assignment, he had designed and delivered leadership and career development programs within the University of South Australia and has a demonstrated commitment to professional development. As an excellent communicator, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the training room, as he manages and motivates participants to achieve personal, team and organisational goals.

As an example, she managed the General Motors "Difference" programme for South Africa (in this country a parallel GM programme called "The Holden Difference").
